Service The surveys take place twice a year, in Spring and Autumn, with a choice of either or both of the benchmark packages outlined below: Benchmark Package of 18 calls, 18 emails and a website survey. Benchmark Package of 9 site visits and 9 letters. These are the minimum sample sizes for each exercise but you can if you wish increase the volume if you feel the minimum is too small for your authority or if you would like to use the survey to provide more information about your council. The fee for each package is £871+ v.a.t. per wave and includes a Benchmark report (comparing all members), your own Management Summary and copies of all your individual Call, Email, Letter and Visit reports. Call recordings for the 18 calls can be provided in digital (MP3) format embedded into the Call Reports at an additional cost of £52 Fees are payable 50% in advance and 50% on delivery for each wave.
