Global Partner, Franchise and Associate Options

Increasingly we are being asked to run mystery shopping programmes around the world. We are interested in hearing from mystery shopping companies who would like to become our partners in a global network.

If you are in business as a trainer or similar, or already run a small mystery shopping business, you may be interested in the Franchise and Associate option we offer:

Franchise – in most cases the territory is a whole country. You can use our name e.g. Mystery Shoppers (country) and logo, with web address and a page from our top-ranked website. You share our memberships of the MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association) and MRS (UK Market Research Society), but you do have to abide by their professional codes of conduct. You have the backing of our name and reputation and our experience when pitching to potential customers. There is a one-off fee (which varies according to country size) which covers 3 days training in the UK for up to 3 people including accommodation, plus 20 hours telephone or email support thereafter, your own web address and pages linked to our website (Google 'mystery shopping Dubai' to see what this can look like). All your mystery shopping and customer satisfaction research is done via our web-based assessment and reporting system which enables you to offer the benefits of an industry-leading system from the start. In addition to the one-off fee there is an ongoing 5% Franchise Fee on all fee income. There is also a small charge for each assessment you load onto our web system and for any telephone calls made or recorded via the system. Extra training or support can be obtained as required and a table of hourly fee rates for this is agreed at the start.

Associate - you trade under your own name but become part of our global network. You use your own website and cannot use our name, professional memberships, experience or expertise when pitching. We can provide training in the UK for a fee (which includes accommodation). You have the option to run your mystery shopping and customer satisfaction research via our web-based assessment and reporting system which enables you to offer the benefits of an industry-leading system from the start. If you do, there is a small charge for each assessment you load onto our web system and for any telephone calls made or recorded via the system. Extra training or support can be obtained as required and a table of hourly fee rates for this is agreed at the start.
