Mystery Shoppers Ltd provides a variety of organisations with assessments by phone, face-to-face, email/website evaluation, or any combination of these. 

All our mystery shopping programmes are designed to meet our clients’ specific requirements.   Some programmes are one-off and some are repeated on a regular basis.  Clients include shopping centres, independent stores and chains of retailers, health clubs, restaurants, banks, insurance companies, estate agents, public transport providers, energy providers and local government. 

We are looking to recruit a Client Services Manager (CSM).  CSMs report to an Account Director (AD). The AD is responsible to the Client for the overall operation of each project and delivery as promised.  They work with Clients to set up new programmes and to review and refresh ongoing programmes. The CSM is responsible for managing the programmes on a day to day basis.

CSMs typically manage a team of 2-3 Client Services Administrators and together the team is responsible for posting assignments on our on-line system, contacting successful shoppers to check that they are fully briefed, available where appropriate and confirm dates.  They monitor each mystery shop to ensure it has been carried out as specified and then quality check shoppers’ reports, which have to be approved and signed off before they are made available to the client.

Full time, 37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri.  Starting salary £19,200 pa

 

All management roles are permanent, based at our Administration Centre in Holsworthy, Devon.
